BUSOT HILLS - VILLA TYPE 1

Appreciating a platform in the hill-side we adapted this all in one floor villa to the geographical conditions.

A style full home with interior patio next to the lounge and a Infinity pool to the front, with a private master and en-suite bath to the side are our solutions to create a Modern design villa that blends in and stands out with a powerful exterior finish overlooking the valley of Busot.

There is a spacious reception and dining room (50sqm) which has direct access to a part-covered terrace via full height, aluminium framed, double glazed patio doors. The terrace extends to the swimming pool and a large tile flooring conceptis employed for both the interior and the exterior floors, bringing the exterior living area into the internal space and viceverse. There is a cleverly integrated air extraction system incorporated within the island unith with ecologic granite. A sliding door system in the corner which opens completely into the exterior dining area. These are finished in natural colours to reflect the external environment and afford further views.

The first floor landing area provides a useful office area with internet and phone connections, with access to a 45sqm terrace that will allow you to see all the Gulf of Alicante.

DESIGN CONCEPT

Less is more, when it comes to create a useful and comfortable space to enjoy the mediterranean life-style. These villas offer an innovative design concept; being constructed in a modern contemporary style whilst using natural building materials with craftmanship and eye for details to establish comfort and harmony with the local environment.

Designed and blended in the rugged mountain range with simple lines in sand and cream-marble coloured details and stands out with its immaculate white walls, typical of early mediterranean designs.

The open plan configuration integrates the interior and exterior spaces together, making it all a single piece with no steps at all. The window frames are integrated below the floor level to achieve a magnificient finish. The ground floor accommodation will have a ceiling height of nearly 3m high and large patio windows at the front elevation so that the views are enjoyed from every part of the groundfloor area.

Good views with a Infinity look swimming pool, are better views. The standard size is already 8m x 3m and will allow you to enjoy the spectacular environment while taking a refreshing swim. The smaller shallow end of the swimming pool has a hydro-massage system with a seating area formed along the exterior part of the pool, alongside the covered dining area. Equipped with LED appliances, the Infinity swimming pool will have a unique ambient even during the night time.

The development has been strategically planned so that each villawill have the benefit of splending views and have plenty outdoor space given that the plot size range from 800sqm to 1200sqm. All the plots have automatic entrance gates, which lead to a car port via a paved entrance drive plus a pedestrian entrance. The boundary walls will be of white finished concrete.

Busot is a small traditional mountain town with a population of 3000 inhabitants, located within 9km from the coastal town of El Campello, where you will find excellent "blue-flag" sandy beaches and a leisure marina that provides 474 moorings, plus all related nautical services and restaurants.

The provincial capital city of Alicante lies within 18km, and El Altet International Airport can be easily reached via the A70 motorway, with a 25-30 minutes drive.
