There is a great feeling of space and one can enjoy the beach and the views from either deck.
Up stairs on the middle floor the bedrooms are all ensuite and all have fans and a/c. They are well appointed with coral rendering giving a lovely tropical feel and marble and non slip tiles are well located.
The largest bedroom is of course the master bed located with its own balcony overlooking the decks, beach and sea below.
The top floor s spectacular with a bar and entertaining area indoors that exits to a thirty foot long sun deck or moon deck depending on the individual and offers stunning ocean views.
This property is an ideal holiday home, little outside maintenance in way of gardens but plenty of space for entertaining or just relaxing. If renting is a requirement then this property is already a great income generator and the owners would be happy to release the rental book.
