These lovely Villas can be found in an ideal location for permanent living or tou use as holiday home, it is only a 10/15 minute walk to the lovely second beach area of Altinkum, but also close to the main old town. The local dolmus service passes the top of the road where the Villas are located, a great central location. 

The Villas have lovely open aspects and mountain views, all the area around contains lovely individual Villas and some traditional Turkish sites, a great semi residential area. Altinkum itself has many different things to offer every age group, historical places like the Ancient Temple of Apollo, all around this area small shops, bsitros and restaurants have been restored in keeping with the area, cobbled roads and old fashioned style lights, a must for everyone to visit, especially at night time, pass through this area and you can go to the equally popular Mavisher night markets, a busy hub in the summer months. Once there you can sit on the promenade and eat the traditional dishes and sample maybe the local raki, here you can watch the sunset on the Aegean, on a clear day you will see the Greek Islands which look so close.

If this is not to your liking travel to the main resort of Altinkum, you will find a modern promenade, more shops, bars and restaurants here for every taste, there is a fun fair for the children and this has a much more tourist feel. There is also the Marina, with its Yacht Club and Beach Club open to all, treat yourself to a day out here and be pampered, whilst swimming, eating and drinking, there are also some designer shops around to check out before you go home.
