San Marco in Villa is a pretty village just 2.4 kms from the hill top town of Cortona. It is the ideal location for those wishing to live in the countryside, enjoy beautiful views, and like the idea of being within walking distance of a well serviced town. Camucia, the town at the foot of Cortona, is a ten/fifteen minute walk away: For families with teenagers, it would be the perfect location for family home because they would be autonomous!

This beautifully restored property has great charm. It is attached on one side and neighbours another property on the other side. It has a good sized garden (about one third of an acre) with a stunning view looking up to Cortona. It consists of a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom on the ground floor with an independent studio flat with bathroom. There is also an external laundry room. • We collaborate with international and local agencies in the area and can organise and accompany you on viewings of properties also listed by them.  This is done on a split commission basis and at no extra cost to you.

DOCUMENTATION

• We will supply you with all paperwork pertaining to a property when you view it. 
• We will also calculate all costs relative to the purchase (notary fees, purchase taxes etc…), future council taxes and overheads and, in advance of any commitment to a purchase, complete estimates for any works you might wish to do.
