Each house has independent heating system with special construction for the solar system which is not visual from outside.
General the houses have a lot of special futures which you can’t find today in the market, most contractors they don’t know or they can’t afford.
Pool:
The pool is 44 m² and is built in such a way as to be used for both houses. It has high pressure jet system which can be used for exercise or relaxing.
There is a dressing room, WC and shower next to the pool.
All pool railing is made from stainless steel.
The pool water is controlled automatic for ph value and chlorine.
Provisions have been made for the pool to be heated.
All pool area is accessible for any leak or maintenance.
All space of 44 m² underneath the pool is storage area.
Bbq & pool bar:
Next to the pool is the pool bar with sink and draft beer machine.
Around the bar are built seating area covered with tiles and tents.
Pool bar and pool area can accommodate ~ 100 guests.
Close to the pool bar is the full enclosed bbq which consist of full size bbq to cook complete lamb on rotisserie, all tradition wood stove, sink with cabinets etc.
Underneath the pool bar is a storage area of ~ 80 m².
In the storage area underneath the pool there is automatic generator of 25 kva, starts automatic when city power fail and goes off when city power is on.
Garden:
Various plants with lawn with the appearance of small church with the stone walk ways and the kitchen garden give you a relaxing atmosphere.
There is out of site small wooden greenhouse which is used for storage area for all garden tools.
There is well with 70 m³ storage tank, which can be used as fire extinguishing in case of emergency.
