Historic farm by the sea in Southern Bahia (676 hectares), north of Corumbau. Located at 40 km from Porto Seguro by the seafront and 200 km by road. It's the "Fazenda" where the Portuguese made the first contact with the Brazilian Indians. Beautiful coconut grove with over 80 years old, landing strip for mid-sized aircrafts, marina/port, bicentennial house, solar panels (heat capacity 400 liters per day), chapel built with red clay, organic garden, garage for 04 cars with dependencies for employees and a driver with 2 bedrooms and bathroom villa with 5 houses with running water, toilet and solar pannels, a common area with barbecue, wood stove, male and female bathrooms and laundry, water tower with a capacity of 5000 liters and reservoir for 20,000 liters, 02 Yanmar diesel electricity generators, a water well with 100 m depth, a windmill, workshop for vehicle maintenance, a training area for horses made of hard earth mixed with sand, a place for vaccination of animals, an arena, dairy and beef cattle, a house by the river with 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and terrace with barbecue with balcony and wooden deck, beach house.
