The spirit: surrounded by minors she is still the queen
There is little to write about the spirit: once this villa had a lot of land around it and was not bothered by more recent constructions of certainly lesser importance, as happened for all the villas that were isolated at the time, but it still remains the Regina and this is beyond any doubt.
