A few steps from the sea, immersed in the unique landscape of the beautiful island of the Tuscan archipelago, we offer a splendid recently built villa, 220 square meters. arranged on 2 habitable levels, in addition to the attic with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.
The villa is surrounded by a large private and shady garden, equipped with oven and barbecue and consists of: triple living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, various closets, valuable internal and external finishes.
Capraia, an island belonging to the Tuscan archipelago, is part of the province of Livorno,
Its sea has nothing to envy to the most famous places in Sardinia and above all you can breathe an unimaginable tranquility. It is said that Capraia is one of the seven pearls of the necklace of Venus which fell into the Tyrrhenian Sea and which gave rise to the Tuscan archipelago. Maybe… The island is beautiful, wild, rugged, of volcanic origin, mountainous. There is not much tall vegetation, and it is especially concentrated in the area of the former penal colony. The Mediterranean maquis reigns supreme. The island of Capraia is located in a single, intimate and delightful small town consisting of a tourist port and a town located on the promontory above. The original inhabited center was located in the locality of "Il Piano", within the island, but it was moved to its current site already around the year one thousand. The reconstruction of the town and the port after the Second World War and the consequent abandonment by the inhabitants dates back to the 1960s, when the first "adventurous" people began to rebuild the existing ruins to make them private homes. Today the inhabited center is pleasant and well kept, characteristic for its alleys and narrow streets sloping down from Forte San Giorgio to the lighthouse of Punta Ferraione overlooked by apartments and shops. The port is now home to a small marina which makes it cheerful and lively during the summer months and is connected to the village above by an 800-metre-long passable provincial road and by a panoramic road of Napoleonic origin which can only be traveled on foot.
