The proposed implementation was determined based on the integration of the building into the local topography in order to take advantage of sunlight and views.

The house merges with the sloping ground, assuming itself as a unit composed of several west oriented volumes.

The construction of the outer walls was made in exposed concrete, functioning also in some cases, as land retaining walls. It is organized in two parts linked by a common circulation corridor that runs the length of the volume. The first, with access to the upper level, the second half-buried, constantly communicating with both space and terrain. On the upper level are located service areas and living areas. On the lower level are located the 4 bedrooms en-suite and a gym area also wine cellar. Wooden floors have been extended outward to improve the transition between built and outer space. 

Its a master piece of architecture.
