2. The electric immersion heater in the hot water tank. A water pump ensures that there is always hot water throughout the house.
Ventilation : All of the bathrooms and kitchens have their own fans concealed in the ceilings. The following areas also have dedicated ventilation systems: spa area, gym, laundry, level -1 storage area, technical room. The following ventilation systems are installed: extractor fans in each WC and bathroom controlled by the home control system. Heat recovery system in the spa area which provides fresh air heated by the outgoing extract. A hot air system in the rear garage heats this area during the winter.
