MONTESE Only the last part of the arrival road is unpaved, no problem I have a Panda but it could also be traveled very well with a much lower car.. .
The arrival is so beautiful, dirt and! The noise of the tires running through a dirt road so "his" makes so much of a country house.

On sale there is the half you see in the photos with the shutters open plus half a stable in the building to be restored that you see further on.
I get out of the car and.. . what peace. seems to be out of this world.. . all around I have fields and oak woods.. .
The house is all in exposed stone, the barn is still to be restored.. .
I climb the steps of the Tuscan-style staircase and enter the house: how wonderful!
The house inside has been "accommodated" but only just enough not to ruin it and leave it still beautiful and preserve that "country charm" that just asks to be enhanced!
and then. and then that's it: the photos speak better of me!
