Charming old house to the late 1800's, in the characteristic residential core of Monte di Lenno in Moltrasio, surrounded by the nature of Monte Bisbino. It can be reached on foot, about 150 meters from the public car park through a typical cobbled and panoramic path.

A small house of late '800, which still has the charm of that time with a paved garden where you can spend moments in absolute relaxation. From the entrance of the house can access directly to the very bright kitchen, with its typical fireplace of the early 1900s. From the kitchen can enter a small hallway that opens into a bright living room where it shows a beautifully particular fireplace, completely in ceramic decorated, probably coming from an important ancient and important dwelling. A comfortable staircase in Moltrasio stone leads upstairs to the upper floor where the sleeping area offers two comfortable rooms, which are also very bright, one with a pleasant balcony overlooking the lake of Como. The basement, with independent access from the outside, consists of the old shed with vaulted ceiling of Moltrasio stone, with its own private spring, which supplies whole house with a pump. In the adjacent room there is a bathroom and a storage room
